GENERAL INFORMATION
Transmission errors are common. The only way to determine if the document was successfully transmitted is to call the recipient. THIS IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE LIBRARY.
Faxes can only be sent out. The library will not identify, collect, store, notify, or assume responsibility in any way for FAX transmissions sent to patrons.
