MATERIALS |
GENERAL |
| Loan period for BOOKS ON TAPE OR

| Loan period for DVD's, VIDEOTAPES,
MUSIC CD'S, AND COMPUTER FILES (DATABASES) will be one (1) week with one
(7 days) renewal. |
| PLEASE, DO NOT return non-print items in the DROP,
as they are easily damaged. A violation could result in having your loan
privileges suspended for one month. Repeated violations could result in
permanent suspension of media loan privileges. |
| Overdue fines are based on the
number of items. Each album is barcoded and so, counts as an item. One
album containing several CD's, tapes, etc. has one barcode and counts as
one item, but when a title requires two or more albums, fines are
applied to each. |
| All overdue fines are 5 cents per
day, per item, unless otherwise noted, as is the case with Videotapes
and DVD's. |
| Lost or damaged fees are
different, because they are based on the complete title. Obviously, loss
or damage to even just one CD or tape will usually require withdrawal
from circulation of the whole set. |
| Videos, DVD's Books on CD, Books
on Tape, Music CD's, Computer Files, and any other non-print materials
may NOT be COPIED. |

responsibility of the patron. they may not be broadcast on television,
cable, or closed circuit systems. They may not be exhibited in public or
semipublic places, whether or not admission is charged. |
| Most non-print materials are
"for home use only". They may not be shown in clubs, lodges, factories,
summer camps, nursing homes, or schools. However, individuals living in nursing
homes or other long term care facilities may check out these materials
for personal use in their rooms. |

separate albums = fines for two items) |
| Please rewind cassette tapes. |
